About the FLIRT
The FLIRT model of mass collaboration is a model for understanding, planning and managing open collaboration for marketing and business purposes. I crafted it during my time as a researcher at the Helsinki School of Economics and have since utilized it successfully in my work, first as marketing manager at TeliaSonera and then as strategist at TBWA\.
The model is currently under continuous scrutiny in our client projects and in slow but steady development towards a full business book. Meanwhile, you can check out a slightly outdated but still relevant list-mode presentation on the FLIRT model of open collaboration here:
