The FLIRT model of crowdsourcing is a model for understanding, planning and managing open collaboration for marketing and business purposes. I crafted it during my time as a researcher at the Aalto University School of Economics and have since utilized it at my work, first as Manager at TeliaSonera Finland and then as Director at TBWA\.
